This service brings us in at the very beginning of the planning process.  Our team helps with planning, design, styling, and coordination.  We start by discovering the perfect venue and vendors; building and monitoring your budget; doing site visits & walkthroughs; full creation of your vision and bringing in the vendors to execute it.  We then ensure your day is carried out with professionalism and care.  If this sounds like you, contact us today for a consultation.

Full service Planning

You're probably more familiar with 'Day-Of Coordination'; but we believe your event needs more than just a day worth of work.  This service is perfect for the couple who has started planning, but wants to enlist the help & resources from a wedding professional to complete each task.  We focus on pulling together all the details and logistics; so that your day goes off smoothly.  We'll help you navigate the selection of quality vendors; create effecient timelines; and execute your big day with persision.  We like to begin 90 days before your wedding date to ensure all details are covered.

  • Immediate access to wedding management team through email & phone within business hours
  • Review previously planned details and vendors
  • Point person for vendor communication; pass the baton
  • Coordinating all vendor arrival and departures
  • Site visit during final details meeting
  • Creation of and distribution of timelines to vendors, bridal party, and venue
  • Oversee set up and tear down plan of décor. guest book, card/gift table, seating chart, table numbers, custom décor, etc.
  • 1 hour of rehearsal coordination the day before the wedding
  • 10 hours of on-site execution the day of; manage ceremony to reception

Our Full Service Planning gives you all the assistance you need to build the most amazing wedding day.  Your investment will include the assistance of a wedding professional for the duration of your planning process and on the day of your wedding.  You will have a wedding expert in your corner to make every decision.  All the guess work is removed!  We hand select the best vendors for you; your day will be executed smoothly.  Our happy couples have told us we are worth every penny! 

0.4 WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM THE FULL WEDDING PLANNING PROCESS?

As your personal wedding stylist we assist you with making all those difficult decisions regarding: Florals, Rentals, Chairs, Lighting & Draping, Candles, Day-Of Stationery (Programs, Signage, Place Cards, Menu Cards, etc.), Custom Design Items, etc.  
This service starts with a Design Consultation to determine your personal wedding style. From there, we will pull together concepts for your color palette and overall design. A custom style guide is created to showcase your wedding design and you begin to make selections!

0.3 WHAT DESIGN SELECTIONS DO YOU HELP ME MAKE?

A signed contract and non-refundable retainer payment must be received by Events by D. Nicole before your wedding/event date is officially on our Business Calendar. The remaining balance is then broken down into multiple installments if you choose.
